Cloak Shell for Sig Sauer P220

This Cloak Shell is molded specifically for the Sig Sauer P220 and its variants including the P220 Compact/Carry, P220R railed model, and the Legion Full-Size 10mm version. The shell captures the full-size steel frame and generous slide profile of the P220, aligning precisely with the dust-cover rail segment on the P220R and the extended slide length of the 10mm Legion. It locks the trigger guard, frame beavertail, and slide serrations into a stable retention arc without creating unnecessary draw resistance.

The railed P220R configuration receives enhanced molding around the rail interface to support mounted lights or lasers while maintaining flush holstering.

The Compact/Carry model benefits from a reduced footprint in the shell’s internal channel, allowing deeper concealment without sacrificing the steel-frame platform’s smooth draw. The 10mm Legion’s heavier mass and enlarged slide are stabilized within the shell’s structure so that holstering and re-indexing remain consistent during duty or range use.

Constructed from heat- and impact-resistant Boltaron, the shell maintains shape and retention over extended carry cycles. When mounted to a Cloak Series holster base, the system distributes the pistol’s weight across the waistband for all-day comfort and optimized concealment.

This shell is compatible only with Cloak Series systems; ShapeShift platforms and revolver shells are not interchangeable due to design partitioning post-2015.
